Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an ERP Systems Senior Engineer to lead development and support of enterprise ERP applications. The role partners with end-users, analysts, and vendors to deliver reliable, secure solutions within IT project governance.

You will mentor teammates, design technical specs, manage data conversions, and participate in system upgrades and new installations, with on-call rotation and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
5–10 years of ERP design, development, and maintenance across large implementations.
2–3 years Workday development technologies including WD Studio integrations and EIBs.
Strong SQL scripting and data conversion experience.

Responsibilities

Lead development, testing, and documentation of high-quality ERP code.
Collaborate with users, analysts, and vendors to define requirements.
Develop technical specs, data mapping, and conversion criteria.
Mentor teammates and ensure coding standards and docs.
Support production environments and troubleshoot issues.
Participate in on-call coverage and project planning.
Follow IT PMO methodology and drive project milestones.
