Job summary
Sophus Info is seeking a senior Workday Payroll Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Workday integrations from a remote position based in Massachusetts. You will own end-to-end data migrations, build EIB interfaces, and implement Workday Studio connectors while ensuring security and governance.
You will guide technical and functional teams, translate client needs into scalable integration solutions, and provide expert workshops and governance across enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional IT experience with senior Workday Technical Architect specialization.
- Deep expertise in Workday integration technologies, especially Workday Payroll integrations.
- Hands-on experience building EIB and Workday Studio solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Workday APIs, Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and RESTful protocols.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver robust Workday Payroll integrations and enterprise data solutions.
- Build inbound and outbound interfaces using Workday EIB.
- Develop custom integrations and multi-step data transformations with Workday Studio.
- Configure and secure Workday APIs and Web Services across applications.
- Execute data conversion, migrations, and legacy cutover strategies.
