Job summary

The Pennant Group is seeking an HRIS Senior Analyst to own design, development, and support of Workday technical solutions. You will lead integrations, Studio development, and Workday Extend projects to enable scalable HR technology across the enterprise.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors while ensuring SOX controls and data security. Remote work is available, and continuous modernization drives automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field.
• 5+ years of Workday technical experience with focus on integrations.
• Hands-on Workday Studio integrations development experience.
• Strong knowledge of EIBs, Core Connectors and Workday Web Services.
• Experience with BIRT documents and custom document generation.
• Proficient in REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON and integration architecture.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain complex Workday integrations and API solutions.
• Lead architecture and development of scalable integration solutions with external systems.
• Build and support Workday Extend applications to enhance processes.
• Create and maintain advanced reports, data extracts, and documents.
• Lead monitoring, problem resolution, and performance optimization for integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
