Job summary

UST is seeking a Workday Senior Payroll Consultant to join our integration consulting team in Orlando. The role involves configuring and testing Workday integrations with third-party or custom solutions, data migration from legacy systems, and mentoring junior consultants.

You will collaborate with project managers, deliver status updates, and contribute to improving adoption of Workday best practices while maintaining certifications and supporting scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Partner Payroll Certification required.
• 2+ years implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience configuring/deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
• Demonstrated project management experience

Responsibilities

• Configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
• Mentor new consultants and coach others on product knowledge.
• Resolve complex tasks and provide guidance to teammates.
• Provide regular status reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
