Qualifications
- Primary skill: Workday HCM.
- Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant certification.
- Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration and business processes.
- Experience with Workday reports, calculated fields, security, and integrations.
- Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, talent acquisition, and HR systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modules, business processes, security, reports, and dashboards.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into Workday Recruiting solutions.
- Support integrations, testing, data validation, and release deployments.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support; create documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and adoption.
