Qualifications

• Must hold active Workday certifications in relevant PATT areas.
• Need hands-on configuration experience across Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and deliver outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes.
• Experience supporting M&A and/or global Workday expansions (highly desirable).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in complex, global environments.

• Lead PATT optimization initiatives across multiple customers
• Own enhancement backlogs and drive best-practice configuration

What We’re Looking For
