Job summary

Woodward is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to design, build, and support across the Workday ecosystem. You will connect Workday with internal systems and external partners, ensuring reliable business processes and a positive employee experience.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday tools, xml/xslt, REST/SOAP, and data transformation. Collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance will be essential, along with documentation and testing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, HRIS, Business, or related field.
• Workday Integration certification.
• Experience with Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations enabling reliable processes and positive member experience.
• Use Workday tools like EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and REST/Soap services to connect Workday with internal systems and partners.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Document integration requirements, data mappings, transformation logic, schedules, dependencies, and support procedures.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and reduce disruption for members and partners.
