Job summary

Woodward is seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support integrations that power HR and payroll processes. You will connect Workday with internal systems and external partners using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and web services.

You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to translate requirements into scalable solutions, maintain documentation, and support testing and production operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
• Workday Integration certification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Oxygen Editor, Postman, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and vendor integration processes.
• Familiarity with IT service management, incident management, change management, and release management practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations for reliable business processes.
• Use Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and Report-as-a-Service to connect systems.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Security, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Document integration requirements, data mappings, transformation logic, schedules, dependencies, and support procedures.
• Monitor production integrations and troubleshoot to minimize disruption for users.
• Support testing and validation across unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain runbooks, change records, and audit evidence in line with governance.
