Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead Workforce Management and Payroll integrations within our global HR Technology team. You will define target-state architecture, guide configuration, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across regions in partnership with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology teams.

You will own Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll PECI design, shaping integration patterns, data quality, and release readiness across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Workday experience focused on Time Tracking, Absence Management, and multi-country Payroll PECI design.
• Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security.
• Experience with Workday Reporting for the time-tracking, absence and payroll functional areas, and Report‑as‑a‑Service patterns.
• Deep knowledge of effective‑dated HR data, retro pay impacts, time valuation, accruals, and eligibility logic.
• Experience with release management, tenant lifecycle governance, and regression testing.
• Strong documentation skills, including solution designs, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the domain lead for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations.
• Act as the primary technical lead for HR/Payroll, third‑party vendors, and implementation partners.
• Define target‑state architecture, integration patterns (Core Connectors, EIB, Studio, Extend), and security models aligned to least‑privilege principles.
• Govern PECI and all outbound payroll integrations (e.g., ADP, CloudPay, Alight, NGA, local in‑country vendors).
