Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Senior Engineer to serve as the technical lead for Workforce Management and Payroll integrations within a global HR Technology team. You will define integration architectures, partner with HR, Finance, Payroll and Tech to deliver scalable, secure solutions across regions.

The role focuses on Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations, with an emphasis on least-privilege security and data quality. Strong documentation and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Workday experience with Time Tracking, Absence Management, and multi-country Payroll PECI design.
• Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security.
• Experience with Workday Reporting for time-tracking, absence, and payroll areas.
• Strong documentation: solution designs, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the domain lead for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations.
• Act as the primary technical lead for HR/Payroll, third‑party vendors, and implementation partners.
• Define target-state architecture, integration patterns, and security models.
• Govern PECI and outbound payroll integrations (ADP, CloudPay, Alight, NGA, local vendors).
