Job summary

Invesco seeks a Senior Engineer to lead Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations across global regions. You will define architecture, oversee secure, scalable configurations, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology teams to deliver compliant, cost‑effective solutions.

You’ll partner with the HR/Payroll product team to design scalable enhancements and drive architectural choices that balance regulatory requirements with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Workday experience with strong expertise in Time Tracking, Absence Management, and multi-country Payroll PECI design.
• Hands‑on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security.
• Experience with Workday Reporting for the time-tracking, absence and payroll functional areas, and Report‑as‑a‑Service patterns.
• Deep knowledge of effective‑dated HR data, retro pay impacts, time valuation, accruals, and eligibility logic.
• Experience with release management, tenant lifecycle governance, and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the domain lead for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations.
• Act as the primary technical lead for HR/Payroll, third‑party vendors, and implementation partners.
• Define target‑state architecture, integration patterns (Core Connectors, EIB, Studio, Extend), and security models aligned to least‑privilege principles.
• Govern PECI and all outbound payroll integrations (e.g., ADP, CloudPay, Alight, NGA, local in‑country vendors).
