Groundswell is a premier technology integrator seeking a Workday Integration Lead to own the end-to-end integration workstream for a complex federal Workday implementation. You will guide design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of integrations across the Workday solution and broader enterprise ecosystem.

The role requires deep Workday integration expertise, enterprise integration experience, and strong technical leadership in a highly secure federal environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government Top Secret clearance with SCI and CI polygraph as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise technology experience with HRIS/integrations.
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading the Integration workstream for at least two Workday implementations.
• Current Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer Services Certification.
• Deep Workday integration experience using Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIB, WS, and APIs.
• Experience designing and architecting integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration workstream in parallel with other Workday streams.
• Develop and manage the integration strategy, plan, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations.
• Design and coordinate Workday integrations with external systems and services.
• Translate requirements into integration designs, mappings, and interface specs.
• Coordinate with Solution Architect and stakeholders on architecture and security standards.
• Oversee integration testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production readiness.
• Lead Groundswell and subcontractor integration teams to deliver on time.
