Job summary

Fuel Talent LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Developer for a 3-month consulting engagement with potential extension. The candidate will assess an undocumented integration environment, document current architecture and data flows, and deliver several time-sensitive integration and data-m migration projects.

The role requires independent work, rapid ramp-up, and the ability to manage deliverables to tight timelines while collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday integrations development experience.
• Ability to assess undocumented environments.
• Experience mapping systems, technologies, integrations, dependencies, and data flows.
• Experience integrating Workday with applicant tracking systems or other HR platforms.
• Hands-on data migration experience.
• Excellent technical documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Assess an established integration environment with limited existing documentation.
• Document systems, technologies, interfaces, integrations, dependencies, and data flows.
• Support data migration from legacy platforms into the current environment.
• Build and enhance integrations between Workday and third-party business systems.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and system dependencies.
• Partner with technical administrators, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Produce clear technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Independently manage deliverables and meet aggressive project timelines.
