Job summary

JobsRus.com is seeking a Workday Developer for our client on a fully remote 3-month contract. You will build and support integrations across Workday modules, including payroll, benefits, and vendor systems, using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

You will coordinate design, estimates, and delivery, while ensuring observability and timely resolution of high-severity issues. A strong background in Workday data models and iPaaS tools is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software or application engineering experience with enterprise systems.
• 4+ years Workday integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Extend, Orchestration, RaaS/WQL).
• Experience with REST/SOAP/GraphQL integrations and data transformation (XML, JSON).

Responsibilities

• Support and build Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules.
• Design and implement integrations with Beeline, VMS, and external benefits providers.
• Develop with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors; create Extend apps and orchestrations.
• Establish observability and resolve high-severity production issues to root cause.
• Coordinate delivery of workstreams; write designs and provide effort estimates.
• Communicate decisions and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
