Job summary

JobsRus.com is seeking a Workday Developer for our client to build and maintain integrations across payroll, benefits, and vendor systems, including Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions and support ongoing issues.

This is a 3-month contract with fully remote work and a Monday-Friday schedule. The role requires at least 8 years of software or enterprise engineering experience, with strong Workday integration experience and

Qualifications

8+ years in software or application engineering with enterprise-scale experience.
4+ years building Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
Experience with iPaaS platforms and APIs (REST/SOAP/GraphQL).
Knowledge of data transformation patterns (XML, JSON, XSLT).
Strong communication and design documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and support integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related systems.
Build and maintain integrations with Beeline, VMS, and benefits providers.
Create designs, estimates, and deliver working components per specs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to justify build/buy decisions and tradeoffs.
Ensure observability, dashboards, alerts, and runbooks for integrations.
