Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will work with Workday Extend, Orchestrate, Studio, and pre-built connectors to enable seamless data flow across HR, payroll, benefits, and finance.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on scalable, reliable integrations that align with CVS Health standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integrations experience with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI.
• 5+ years partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex Workday integration issues with strong analytical skills.
• 3+ years on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year on Workday reporting and Studio.
• 1+ year on Workday security and HCM processes.
• Workday Pro Extend Developer Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Develop and configure Workday Extend and Orchestrate applications.
• Build and maintain Workday Studio workflows and data mappings.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors for integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, IT and business analysts to gather requirements and ensure scalable solutions.
• Lead production deployment and ongoing support for integrations.
