Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. This role requires deep expertise in Workday’s integration tools, Extend, Orchestrate and Studio to ensure accurate data flows.

You will lead integration design, configure connectors, manage data mappings, support deployments, and collaborate with HR, finance, IT and vendor partners to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience building Workday integrations with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI and tools.
• 5+ years partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex integration issues with Workday using analytical skills.
• 5+ years experience with Workday SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, and Import API.
• 3+ years working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year working on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year working on Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year working on Workday security, Core HCM processes, and alerts.
• Workday Extend certification (Pro) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Develop Workday Extend applications and orchestrations.
• Configure Workday Studio, REST/SOAP, data mappings.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors for integrations.
• Deploy integrations to production with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Provide production support and incident resolution.
• Document workflows and share knowledge with the team.
• Stay current with Workday releases and best practices.
• Mentor developers and analysts on Workday integration practices.
