Job summary

Welltower Inc. is seeking a Workday Integration Lead in Dallas, TX to design, build, and support scalable Workday integrations across multi-tenant environments. You will collaborate with HRIS, Finance, IT, and operators to ensure secure, reliable data flows.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in Workday integration development, with proficiency in EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday integration development experience (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio). Workday Integration Core certification.
• Experience building across multi-tenant Workday environments with external operators/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP).
• Maintain centralized integration registry with data flows, ownership, dependencies, schedules.
