Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will leverage Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Workday Extend/Orchestrate to ensure accurate data flow across payroll, HR, finance, and third‑party apps.
You will collaborate with business analysts, IT and functional teams, implement best practices, and stay current with Workday releases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PECI.
- Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve complex integration issues.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and Import API patterns.
- Experience with Workday Extend.
- Experience with Workday Orchestrate.
- Experience with Workday reporting and Studio.
- Knowledge of Workday security and Core HCM processes.
- Workday Extend Developer I Certification.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
- Configure Workday Extend applications and orchestrations.
- Develop and maintain Workday Studio integrations.
- Utilize Workday Cloud Connect for rapid integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and analysts.
- Provide production support and incident resolution.
