Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Workday Integration Lead based in the United States to own the integration workstream across the Workday implementation lifecycle. You will guide integration developers, design, test, and troubleshoot, and serve as the primary client-facing contact for integration priorities, risks, and delivery status.

The role requires 8+ years in integration consulting, Workday experience (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect), a bachelor’s degree, and strong PM and communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years in integration consulting or implementation
• Experience leading the integration workstream of a Workday implementation
• Hands-on Workday integration tech: EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect
• Experience leading integration developers and providing clear technical direction
• Strong PM capabilities: scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables
• Strong client-facing and communication skills to facilitate sessions and manage expectations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Workday certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration workstream throughout the Workday implementation lifecycle
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for integration priorities, risks, scope, and delivery status
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on contribution to design, development, testing, and troubleshooting
• Facilitate discovery and integration design sessions; translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
• Oversee integration deliverables to meet timelines, quality, and security standards
• Manage integration scope and client expectations across the project
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to achieve project objectives
• Identify and mitigate integration risks; propose alternative technical/functional approaches
• Review architectures and deliverables for consistency, security, and standards
• Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and reusable solutions
