Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Lead, Workday Integration Engineer to join the People Team. You will own end-to-end integration delivery, architect complex Workday integrations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to scale solutions across the enterprise.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong API skills, and experience with data models and security. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Workday integration technologies, reporting, security, and data architecture.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday SOAP and REST APIs, including authentication and error handling.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: API design, data structures, and secure development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Workday integrations—from discovery to deployment.
• Architect and implement integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and REST APIs.
• Design and optimize data models and transformation logic for analytics and reporting.
