Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in People Systems, preferably within high-growth orgs.
• Hands-on Workday configuration with deep knowledge of Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Experience in a full Workday implementation or major module deployment.
• Proficiency with Workday calculated fields, reporting, and EIBs.
• Security administration and business process framework experience.
• HR processes knowledge, multi-state wage/hour rules, and leave laws.
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and data validation.
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on employee experience.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience supporting a PEO or multi-entity payroll environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday PATT: Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking configuration and support.
• Lead cross-functional PATT projects from requirements through design, testing, deployment and post-launch.
• Configure and maintain core PATT setup: pay components, schedules, rules.
• Partner with Payroll and Finance on payroll cycle support and period close.
• Own the twice-yearly Workday release cycle for PATT with adoption recommendations.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and audits ensuring data integrity.
• Administer role-based security, access reviews, and vendor integrations.
• Serve as escalation point for PATT questions and SLAs.
• Document configurations and SOPs; train stakeholders on new features.
• Evaluate new Workday technologies and stay aligned with trends.
