Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to provide advanced Workday configuration, support, and technical execution. You will bridge system architecture with end-user needs, driving day-to-day operations and complex changes.

Responsibilities include leading HR technology portfolio, collaborating with HR leaders, and mentoring staff while implementing process improvements to enhance user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years Workday HRIS administration experience.
• Experience with HR systems lifecycle and data integrity.
• Ability to translate business needs into system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology portfolio and roadmap with HR leadership.
• Oversee Workday configuration, security, and data migration.
• Manage user acceptance testing and test case documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve HRIS roadmap.
• Mentor junior HRIS analysts and provide SME support.
• Document business processes with diagrams and definitions.
