Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize the Workday HRIS platform and related technologies. You will translate complex requests into automated, end‑to‑end solutions and partner with HR leadership to deliver a best‑in‑class colleague experience.

You will drive day‑to‑day HRIS operations, lead cross‑functional projects, and mentor junior analysts while advancing the HR systems roadmap for the business in North America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Workday HRIS administration and configuration
• 8+ years working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with employee life cycle transactions and HR processes
• Strong HRIS database design, structure, and data tools
• Proven analytical, problem-solving and project management abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR technology portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership
• Own system administration for Workday including security and data migration
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing with scenarios and cases
• Maintain HR technology roadmap with stakeholders
• Mentor junior HRIS Analysts and provide SME support
• Drive process improvements for user experience and automation
• Collaborate with business and CoEs to optimize Workday services
• Lead requirements sessions with IT, SMEs, and users
• Create documentation: process diagrams, data definitions, and flows
• Support readiness teams for process and tool changes
