Rivian is seeking a People Systems Solution Analyst to manage Workday configuration, testing, and AI-driven data initiatives. You will audit data, automate reconciliations, and partner with HR groups to scale workflows while safeguarding privacy.

The role emphasizes end-to-end Workday testing, release updates, and the opportunity to shape automation across the People function in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of HRIS or People Operations experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow, JIRA.
• Must have experience utilizing an HRIS system, Workday preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors in a professional manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design and execute audit programs to ensure data accuracy in Workday.
• Develop AI-driven data reconciliation and auto-classify exceptions.
• Test, document, and validate new Workday features and configurations.
• Lead end-to-end testing and release updates for Workday processes.
• Design AI-augmented regression testing frameworks generating test scenarios.
• Evaluate Workday AI features and assess data privacy and change readiness.
• Maintain system process documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with Employee Experience, Benefits, Compensation, TA, and Talent Development teams.
• Analyze the People Systems landscape to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders and deliver on time.
• Promote automation to reduce manual steps and increase efficiency.
• Uphold confidentiality and data privacy compliance.
