Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• 3 Years of Workday experience in multiple modules.
• Experience in Business Process, Reporting and Security.
• Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices and procedures.
• Ability to communicate well with non-technical and technical users.
• Ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer core Workday HRIS system configuration and security roles.
• Support Workday modules: HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, Absence & Time Tracking.
• Lead projects and enhancements; develop processes and recommendations.
• Maintain Workday structures, translations, and data loads (EIBs) as needed.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot Workday issues.
