Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation, headquartered in Milwaukee, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support day-to-day reporting for Commercial Sales and Customer Experience. You will deliver dashboards, insights, and KPI reporting using Excel, Tableau, and other tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, market reporting, and ongoing process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau and other reporting tools (Power BI, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
• Intermediate level written and verbal presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts and applications.
• Ability to adapt to deadlines, schedules, and priorities.
• Ability to prioritize competing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver static reporting within Excel.
• Create interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Identify insights from a single data source across channels/products.
• Design and maintain KPI calculations and Tableau reporting.
• Build reporting solutions for sales funnel, quotes, and market reports.
• Understand data design, schemas and platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Deliver data-backed insights clearly.
• Support action plans for team and project charters.
• Identify opportunities for data efficiency and advanced analytics.
