Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a Senior HR Shared Services Representative to manage onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and HR data activities from a hybrid Milwaukee office. You will handle pre-employment checks, orientation, employee inquiries, and data integrity across the HRIS and related systems.

Collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Compliance, you will analyze reports, maintain confidentiality, and escalate complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting.
• Knowledge of onboarding, benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, and company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees.
• Office Environment; 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding, off-boarding, benefits, talent acquisition, reporting, audits and compliance tasks.
• Handle pre-employment onboarding including background check, drug screening, I-9, and candidate communications.
• Conduct new employee orientation in person or via TEAMS.
• Respond to HR inquiries from employees and managers via phone, chat, email, or in-person interactions.
• Complete termination documents and conduct exit interviews.
• Run reports and analyze data; use Excel for v-lookups, pivot tables or graphs.
• Data entry into HR system; mass uploads and data audits.
• Interface with Corporate HR, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and IT to support issues.
• Resolve cases quickly and confidentially per company policies.
• Serve as backup to other HR Shared Services team members.
