Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong Workday functional knowledge and ability to configure and troubleshoot Workday
- Experience across at least two modules (Advanced Compensation, Benefits, HCM)
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
- Experience partnering with HR COEs, HRBPs, HRIS, IT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with nontechnical audiences
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced functional expertise for Workday with emphasis on two modules
- Serve as trusted HRIS partner for HR functions and understand their processes
- Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and reporting
- Configure and optimize Workday modules, processes, rules, validations, security
- Identify opportunities to improve Workday usage and leverage releases
- Lead functional testing for Workday releases and configurations
- Support integrations and data flows with HR and IT teams
