Job summary

AtWork Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst I to support design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our Workday HCM platform. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve processes and deliver new functionality.

If you enjoy blending technical detail with customer service, you will help train end users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the Workday environment meets evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Workday HCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM functionality.
• Design workflows, security, and tenant configuration.
• Develop calculated fields, validation rules, and condition rules.
• Build and enhance Workday reports and dashboards.
• Support feature releases and system updates.
• Gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Create training materials and provide end-user support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives.
• Occasional after-hours support during upgrades.
