Job summary

Tech Partners is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Tulsa to identify a Workday Functional Analyst I who will support ongoing Workday configuration, optimization, and end-user training. You will collaborate with operational teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure sustainable, efficient business processes.

You’ll analyze requirements, support upgrades and testing, and drive system adoption while maintaining a high level of customer service in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality to support evolving processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions and workflows.
• Support upgrades, releases, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with vendors, technical teams, and end users on enhancements.
• Develop user communications, training materials, and resources for updates.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and support strategic initiatives.
• Provide after-hours or weekend support as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service aligned with the organization’s mission.
