Job summary

ONEOK is seeking an experienced Workday professional to serve as a consultative, solutions-focused partner for HR technology. You will collaborate with COEs, HRBPs, HRIT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, with a primary focus on Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and HCM.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of HRIS/Workday experience, strong analytical skills, and a talent for bridging business needs with technology.

Qualifications

Strong Workday functional knowledge with ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions.
5–7 years of related HRIS experience with hands-on Workday experience (gathering requirements, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, releases).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced Workday functional ownership with emphasis on two modules: Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and HCM, and support across other Workday areas as needed.
Partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and develop solutions.
Analyze and resolve complex Workday system issues and implement sustainable improvements.
Own Workday enhancements from requirements to implementation, lead testing and validate releases.
Manage Workday integrations and data flows, considering downstream impacts.
