OPENLANE, located in Carmel, Indiana, seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to configure and optimize Workday, design HR processes, and deliver data-driven insights. As part of the HR Technology team, you will translate business needs into scalable HRIS solutions and support ongoing system configurations and analytics.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build dashboards, and ensure data security and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HRIS / ERP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS, or related field.
• Experience configuring Workday.
• Experience translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Project and process management experience.
