Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration and administration experience.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise.
• Strong Workday Payroll and Core HCM configuration skills.
• Experience with Business Process Framework, Security, and Advanced Reporting (Calculated Fields).
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with People, Accounting, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
• Experience documenting designs and leveraging AI tools to enhance system design, testing, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Payroll configuration end-to-end including pay groups, earnings, deductions, and payroll‑driving processes.
• Serve as primary systems contact for Payroll Operations to ensure accurate, on‑time pay.
• Own configuration and optimization of Workday Payroll and Core HCM areas; support Time and Absence.
• Design and maintain business processes, workflows, and system controls across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead system enhancements, releases, and feature adoption in assigned areas.
• Develop and maintain system documentation; leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation.
