Job summary

EarnIn is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve our Workday platform with a focus on Core HCM and Security. This role designs, configures, and optimizes scalable people systems that enable growth and efficiency.

You’ll partner with People, Finance, IT, and Total Rewards to translate business needs into solutions while safeguarding data integrity and process efficiency. The Mountain View base salary range is $184,000-$226,000 plus equity and benefits, with in-office 2 days/week in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration and administration.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise.
• Strong Workday Payroll and Core HCM configuration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Payroll configuration end-to-end, including pay groups, earnings, deductions, and payroll-impacting processes.
• Own configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday Payroll and Core HCM areas.
• Design, configure, and optimize scalable payroll and people systems across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with People Ops, Accounting, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into system solutions.
