Job summary

EarnIn is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve our Workday platform, primarily focused on Core HCM and Security, with payroll administration expertise. You will design, configure, and optimize scalable payroll and people systems to enable business growth while ensuring data integrity and secure processes across the employee lifecycle.

This is a full-time role with a San Diego base salary range and equity benefits.

Qualifications

• Senior HRIS Analyst with strong Workday foundation and payroll experience.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable HRIS solutions.
• Focus on Core HCM, Time & Absence, and Advanced Compensation; ensure data integrity and security.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Workday platform, focusing on payroll, Core HCM, Security, Time & Absence, and Advanced Compensation.
• Partner with People, Finance, Total Rewards, and Payroll to translate business needs into system solutions.
