Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union seeks a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to design, configure, and administer Workday HRIS. You will act as an SME in business process management, data handling, and reporting, interfacing with IT and vendors.

You will collaborate across People Services to document current processes, optimize Workday usage, and drive business outcomes through releases, dashboards, and secure data governance.

Qualifications

• Four to five years of experience with Workday HRIS.
• 5+ years of Workday experience in HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence; Payroll preferred.
• Proficiency with Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Gather input on system changes and communicate impacts to end users.
• Configure and implement Workday business process upgrades and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Manage Workday releases, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Administer Workday security roles, domains, and permissions.
• Support Workday integrations and third-party interfaces.
