Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Sr. Integrations Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and APIs.

You will work with HR, IT, Finance, and third parties to ensure secure, scalable data flows across core HR and financial processes. The role requires deep Workday integration expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT/HRIS experience or equivalent with Workday
• Hands-on Workday integration development across Core HCM, Finance, Payroll
• Experience with integration lifecycle from design to launch
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable integrations
• Knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance in integrations

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve complex problems integrating Workday with external systems
• Lead design, build, and testing of Workday integration code (Studio, EIB, CCW, API)
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and vendors to capture requirements
• Analyze production issues and drive root-cause resolution
• Improve integration performance and automate processes
