Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a great company to hire a SR. HRIS Analyst – Workday in Overland Park, Kansas.

This newly created role centers on configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting Workday while driving ongoing system improvements in a hands-on environment. You will develop reports and dashboards, support EIB loads and data audits, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on Workday or HR technology experience preferred.
• Strong Workday configuration and maintenance experience.
• Core HCM and Benefits knowledge is highly valuable.
• Solid reporting and analytics experience in Workday.
• Hands-on experience with EIBs, testing, and data validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication across varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday system functionality.
• Support troubleshooting and Tier 2 issue resolution.
• Assist with EIB loads and data audits.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Support testing for changes, fixes, and releases.
• Partner on enhancements and module implementations.
• Help optimize HR technology processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
