Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Workday or HR technology experience preferred.
• Strong experience with Workday configuration and maintenance.
• Experience with Core HCM and Benefits is highly valuable.
• Solid reporting and analytics experience in Workday.
• Hands‑on experience with EIBs, testing, and data validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills across varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday system functionality.
• Support troubleshooting and Tier 2 issue resolution.
• Assist with EIB loads and data audits.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Support testing for changes, fixes, and releases.

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience

The role will support configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements while serving as a key escalation point for complex issues.
