Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst in Washington, DC to provide day-to-day support for Workday, including issue resolution and system maintenance across Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits and Compensation.

You will lead data cleansing initiatives, coordinate with Engineering and HR COEs, deliver advanced reporting, and test/deploy Workday enhancements with hands-on UAT and data integration validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, IS, Business Admin or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration with Core HCM modules.
• 3+ years HRIS experience focused on Workday operational support and testing.
• Hands-on experience with EIBs and mass data loads in Workday.
• Experience supporting UAT testing with strong analytical and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday operational support and issue resolution.
• Support Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Lead data cleansing and regular data audits to improve quality.
• Deliver advanced reporting via Workday and external reporting tools.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to test and deploy Workday enhancements; perform UAT and validate integrations.
