Job summary

OCLC Online Computer Library Center, Inc. is seeking a Workday Senior HRIS Analyst (Finance) to own master data management in Workday, ensure data integrity, and drive upgrades and reporting across HR modules.

You will partner with HR, IT and leadership to implement efficient HR processes and analytics globally. The role requires a strong background in HRIS with Workday experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to train and transfer knowledge to HRIS teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR system support including development, testing, maintenance, reporting and integration.
• Develop ad hoc reports to support data requests and improve data integrity.
• Ensure system accuracy through regular audits and data feeds understanding.
• Review, test and implement Workday upgrades and features.
• Develop test plans and validate system functionality.
• Provide end-user technical assistance and training materials for HRIS users.
• Monitor adherence to data management procedures and communicate with stakeholders.
