Job summary

Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to manage and optimize our Workday system across global entities. The role focuses on core system support, enhancements, and data integrity, partnering with People Systems leadership and HR operations to enable scalable HR processes.

The candidate will have strong Workday configuration skills, experience with Total Rewards, and a continuous-improvement mindset to drive efficiency in HR operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, integrations, EIBs, reporting, and security permissions.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Workday HCM SME, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Own Workday administration across foundational structures and security.
• Build Workday capability with guidance, training, and support for routine tasks.
• Diagnose data discrepancies, maintain data quality, and ensure stability.
• Monitor integrations and file feeds; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and user guidance.
• Partner with People operations to translate business needs into Workday solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards in collaboration with process owners.
• Support cyclical HR processes such as open enrollment and payroll audits.
