Job summary

OCLC is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead master data management in Workday, ensure data integrity, and support global HR initiatives. You will own reporting, testing, audits, and user education while partnering with HR and IT for system improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, HR, IT or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years HRIS experience with emphasis on HCM; Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions and data analysis.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR system support including development, testing, maintenance, reporting and integration.
• Develop ad hoc reports and standard reporting to meet business requirements and improve data integrity.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and data feeds understanding across systems.
• Test and implement Workday upgrades and feature releases; assist with module testing.
• Create and execute test plans to ensure system reliability.
• Offer end-user support and education for HRIS stakeholders.
• Prepare communications for employee and manager education and self-service.
• Monitor adherence to data management procedures and resolve data quality issues.
