Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks a Sr HRIS Analyst to manage HRIS setup, maintenance and reporting across Workday and Cognos platforms. You will lead system integrations, controls, and regional configurations, ensuring data integrity and security.

The role requires 3–5 years in HRIS with strong project experience, plus a background in payroll processes and BI reporting. Hybrid work arrangement in the Reston, VA area is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS or related field.
• 3–5 years of HRIS and project experience with process improvements.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintenance and optimization of HRIS; ensure data integrity and security.
• Support system integrations and controls; implement new controls as needed.
• Lead or support HRIS modules for regional needs, aligning global/local requirements.
• Translate business requirements into HRIS specifications and interfaces.
• Design and maintain codes/tables; prepare HRIS reports and audits for integrity.
• Collaborate with users to develop business processes across HR systems.
