Precision Task Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday HR Operations Specialist to support HR processes, reporting, and employee data integrity for our Houston-area team.

You will independently process promotions, transfers, terminations, and job changes in Workday, generate reports for managers, review letters, and back up the HR Manager as needed. PTG is an equal opportunity employer and values integrity and service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key HR resource for Workday processes and data.
• Process employee promotions, transfers, and terminations in Workday.
• Generate Workday reports for HR and managers.
• Review letters and documentation related to job changes.
• Monitor approvals and ensure HR steps are completed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and backups.
• Support managers with Workday questions and reporting needs.
• Identify improvements to Workday processes and data quality.
• Provide backup to HR Manager for Workday tasks.
• Contribute to compliance and HR workflow efficiencies.
