Precision Task Group, Inc. (PTG) is seeking a proactive HR professional to manage Workday processes, reporting, and employee data. You will independently handle employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will generate reports for HR and managers, review letters and documentation, and support managers with Workday-related questions while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

• Serve as a key HR resource for Workday processes, reporting, and employee data.
• Independently process employee job changes in Workday, including promotions, transfers, compensation changes, manager changes, and other employment changes.
• Process employee terminations in Workday and ensure applicable HR steps are completed accurately and timely.
• Review promotion letters, job change letters, separation documentation, and other employee correspondence.
• Generate Workday reports for HR, managers, and other business needs.
• Review Workday transactions and employee data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist managers with Workday-related questions and reporting needs.
• Monitor HR transactions through completion and follow up on outstanding approvals or required actions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve Workday processes, reporting, data integrity, and HR workflows.
• Serve as a backup to the HR Manager for designated Workday processes and HR operational responsibilities
