Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Solution Architect Manager to lead large Workday solutions, including HCM, Payroll and Finance, in a remote setting. You will architect complex technology solutions, collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and clients, and drive delivery sign-off on strategic Workday engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technology Environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering Workday HCM and/or Payroll and/or Finance (ERP) systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect technology solutions for Workday HCM, Payroll and/or Finance.
• Construct / Build the solution through collaboration with sales teams, senior client buyers, delivery teams and functional experts.
• Drive the necessary Technology Delivery sign off on solutions with input from pursuit teams on client objectives, risk, budget and preferences.
• Work with the sales team and Subject Matter Experts during the sales process; communicate / collaborate with delivery.
• Use Accenture solutioning tools to staff and price, or coordinate pricing with relevant teams.
• Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial and directing Corporate Development Transaction Services.
