Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience, Core HCM, Learning, and Talent.
• Experience configuring: Business Processes, Security, Calculated Fields, and Reports.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Workday solutions.
• Experience leading projects or enhancements from requirements through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with HR, Talent, Recruiting, Learning & Development, and IT stakeholders to understand objectives.
• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent workflows and security.
• Own the full lifecycle of enhancements from intake to deployment, testing and support.
• Drive governance, data integrity, and continuous improvement using Workday capabilities.
