Job summary

Progressive Insurance is seeking a Lead Data Analyst on the HR Control team to develop Workday HCM reports for Payroll, Compensation, HR Systems and Benefits. You’ll guide the team on best practices for report development and distribution, and collaborate on new projects, year-end processes, ad hoc data analysis, and routine reporting.

You’ll also create scalable solutions for Corporate HR when IT options are not available, and you can work remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of analytical work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher and seven years analytical work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field and five years analytical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analyst on HR Control team, develop Workday HCM reports for Payroll, Compensation, HR Systems and Benefits.
• Guide the team on best practices for report development and distribution.
